Superlanet is seeking an accomplished
Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst
to support high-impact initiatives across our client portfolio. This is a full-time position with several high-visibility initiatives mapped out across our healthcare clients, offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical patient access and revenue cycle workflows.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Epic analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, supporting build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance
Lead and support implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives across patient access workflows
Configure and maintain:
Scheduling workflows (Cadence)
Registration, ADT, and insurance workflows (Prelude)
Support and optimize Referrals and Welcome workflows within patient access
Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Operational leaders to translate business needs into Epic solutions
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
Support testing efforts including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Participate in go-live planning, support, and post-go-live optimization
Ensure system configurations align with regulatory requirements and organizational best practices
Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials
Required Qualifications
Epic Certification in Cadence and Prelude
5+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence/Prelude experience
Strong understanding of:
Patient access workflows (scheduling, registration, insurance verification)
Revenue cycle front-end processes
Experience with Epic build, configuration, and optimization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple Epic implementations or go-lives
Community Connect experience or background supporting multi-entity / multi-organization Epic environments
Experience working in California healthcare environments, including familiarity with Medi-Cal, FQHCs, and regional regulatory requirements
Experience with Referrals and Welcome workflows within Epic Patient Access
Exposure to MyChart and digital front door initiatives
Familiarity with Epic Link and Care Everywhere for external access and data exchange
Understanding of EDI transactions (eligibility, benefits, coverage) within revenue cycle workflows
Exposure to Ambulatory workflows in support of clinic operations
Experience with Haiku/Canto (nice-to-have)
