
Under direction of the Training Team Lead, the Instructional Designer is responsible for training clinicians on the use of BMC information systems and the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Epic Training Program for Beaker and other assigned application(s). The Instructional Designer translates workflow strategies into training scripts, working independently and on teams to coordinate training activities and develop training materials, job aids, and promotional materials for the assigned application. This specialist works closely with clinical departments in developing training plans.
The Instructional Designer coordinates logistics and education materials related to training programs. Works closely with training and project teams to build and maintain training environments, ensure upkeep on all intranet content, and classroom materials. Act as a user liaison, communicating feedback from users regarding patient care systems to the application implementers. This forward-thinker identifies opportunities to improve training techniques to enhance the overall process of BMC’s Epic Beaker Application.

Compensation Range:
$62,500.00- $91,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
