Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) – Orchestration (AIR Tribe) About the role

We’re looking for a skilled project and program leader to be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of Epics for the Orchestration squad in Euroclear’s AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. You will ensure disciplined delivery governance (scope, budget, risk, compliance), lead cross‑tribe coordination, and guide process transformation to streamline how we plan, prioritize, and deliver value. You will collaborate closely across IT, Business, Sales, Operations, and Product, turning strategy into predictable outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for Epic delivery end‑to‑end. Establish Epic governance, coordinate squads and tribes, manage risks, and communicate progress through dashboards and steering‑committee routines, aligned with Euroclear’s EDO role definition.
  • Support quarterly rhythms. Prepare for and participate in QBR and QP processes, aligning capacity, funding, and priorities with portfolio and Investment Theme Committees.
  • Coordinate across domains. Align features with (T)POs across squads and manage external dependencies (ESA/platform changes, suppliers) with timely and accurate information.
  • Improve ways of working. Identify bottlenecks and design simpler, system‑focused workflows across intake, delivery, and release, strengthening cadence, RACI, and playbooks.
  • Align reporting and controls. Maintain Predictability Status Reports and Epic dashboards, and ensure SDLC and IT controls compliance and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate across AIR clusters. Work transversally with Funds and Corporate functions such as HR and Finance.
  • Enable change. Lead initiatives that simplify delivery, reduce manual effort, and introduce appropriate automation or AI‑assisted orchestration.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong PM/PMO and program management experience in complex (8+ years), multi‑stakeholder environments, with demonstrated delivery of Epics or large initiatives across technology and business.
  • Agile delivery coordination experience, working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross‑tribe dependencies, and familiarity with quarterly planning cycles.
  • Process‑improvement capability, including mapping end‑to‑end flows, simplifying governance, and designing clear cadences, RACI models, and playbooks.
  • Data and reporting capability, with practical experience using portfolio or Epic dashboards, risk and issue logs, and predictability reporting (PSR).
  • Tooling experience, including familiarity with Azure DevOps/TFS, ServiceNow, and release and change processes, as well as enterprise controls and compliance.
  • Stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust across IT, Business, Sales, Operations, and Product.
  • Attention to detail and accountability, demonstrating follow‑through and sound decision‑making in changing priorities.

  • Clear, lean ways of working adopted across Orchestration and partner squads.
  • Improved cross‑tribe coordination and stakeholder satisfaction.
