Job Description


This is a remote position.


Superlanet is seeking an
Epic Ambulatory Analyst (CareLink / Care Everywhere)

to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a
remote position

with
monthly onsite travel required

. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic Ambulatory applications, with a primary focus on CareLink and Care Everywhere functionality.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary analyst for
    Epic Ambulatory CareLink and Care Everywhere modules

    , ensuring proper configuration, build, and support.


  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver system enhancements.


  • Perform analysis, testing, and troubleshooting for CareLink / Care Everywhere workflows, integrations, and interfaces.


  • Maintain system build documentation, test scripts, and support knowledge base.


  • Support integration of Epic Ambulatory with other clinical and non-clinical applications.


  • Provide end-user support, training, and issue resolution in collaboration with the help desk and application support teams.


  • Participate in system upgrades, release management, and optimization projects.


  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational data governance standards.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to align Ambulatory solutions with enterprise goals.


Qualifications


  • Epic Ambulatory certification required.


  • Epic CareLink and/or Care Everywhere certification required.


  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a healthcare environment.


  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, provider connectivity, and interoperability standards (HL7, CCD, FHIR).


  • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and change management processes.


  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.


  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.


  • Willingness and ability to travel monthly for onsite support and stakeholder engagement.


Benefits


Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications and aligned with the client’s established pay scale for this role:
$100,000 - $115,000
