About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and
result-oriented EPC Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition under the
PM
Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana
. The ideal candidate should have prior
experience in
B2C solar EPC sales
, understand the residential rooftop
solar market, and possess strong lead generation and conversion skills.

The role requires generating self-sourced
leads, handling customer consultations, conducting site visits, coordinating
with technical teams, and closing rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• 
  Generate residential solar leads through field activities,
  references, channel partners, RWAs, societies, housing communities, local
  events, and digital inquiries.
• 
  Conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns and customer outreach.
• 
  Build relationships with electricians, builders, architects,
  housing societies, and local influencers for lead generation.
• 
  Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Customer Consultation

• 
  Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and the PM Surya
  Ghar Yojana.
• 
  Educate customers regarding government subsidies, eligibility,
  savings, financing options, and installation process.
• 
  Conduct customer requirement analysis and preliminary site
  assessments.
• 
  Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the
  design team.

Sales & Closure

• 
  Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
• 
  Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
• 
  Maintain regular follow-up until order closure.
• 
  Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required
  documentation.

Coordination

• 
  Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and
  installation teams for smooth project execution.
• 
  Ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project
  commissioning.
• 
  Assist customers in completing documentation required for
  subsidy applications.

CRM & Reporting

• 
  Update CRM regularly with lead status, follow-ups, quotations,
  and customer interactions.
• 
  Prepare daily activity reports and weekly sales forecasts.
• 
  Maintain accurate sales pipeline and conversion metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• 
  Graduate in any discipline.
• 
  Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable
  Energy, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• 
  2–3 years of experience in residential (B2C) solar EPC sales.
• 
  Experience working with rooftop solar companies or EPC
  contractors is highly preferred.
• 
  Experience with PM Surya Ghar Yojana, state subsidy schemes, or
  net metering processes will be an added advantage.
