  • Beijing - Beijing Shi - China
  • Responsible for EP business development in SI Sales Regions
  • Drive market transparency of EP IEC (market competition, market trend, business trend and planning)
  • Define an effective market promotion strategy and business model
  • Set up management mechanism of forecast (pipeline/ backlog)
  • Guide and monitor implementation to achieve OI target
  • Coordinate with sales team to build up KA structure by office and region (Verticals, EUs, Channels)
  • Attract, develop and retain talents for sustainable success of EP business
  • Effectively empower and coach team with clear guidelines and directions; foster a collaborative and high-performance team
  • Cultivate growth mindset in the team
  • Fulfill tasks/targets assigned by superiors
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • 15+ years business development or sales experience in power distribution industry
  • Background of LV component will be preferred
  • 8+ years in sales management or BD management
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Strong logic thinking and systemic analysis competence
  • Good communication skills, Chinese and English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
