Interested in joining as a Team Member in Production, Crop Care or Nursery? This is what you will be doing and delivering

Production

As a team member in Production, your tasks may include:

• Picking: Harvesting produce in line with colour and quality standards
• Packing: Preparing and packing produce to meet customer specifications
• General additional tasks: May include cleaning, machinery operation, and more

Crop Care

As a team member in Crop Care, your tasks may include:

• Pruning, clipping, and layering plants to support healthy growth and fruit quality
• Assisting with pollination and de-leafing for optimal crop development
• Supporting crop changeover, pest/disease identification, and other glasshouse tasks

Nursery (Warragul site only)

As a team member in Nursery, your tasks may include:

• Grafting, pinching, transplanting, and pruning seedlings to encourage strong growth
• Staking and clipping plants for structure and support
• Packing seedlings for transport and assisting with general nursery duties including cleaning, machinery, and pest/disease monitoring

What you will bring to the role

• A strong work ethic and reliability.
• Be physically fit and have the ability to complete hands-on, repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow workplace procedures and instructions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Flexibility to work across different tasks (picking, packing, crop care) as required
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
