Expression of Interest – Subcontractor Opportunities
We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional building maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance, and aged care contracts.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled tradespeople and subcontractors to tender for the delivery of building maintenance work for the Queensland Government through QBuild. QBuild is responsible for providing construction, maintenance, and asset management services for government-owned buildings and infrastructure across Queensland.
Our intent is to attract subcontractors who wish to build long-term partnerships, enabling us
to support the existing contractor base to meet the required KPI’s set by our
client.
Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within
the company. You must have your own ABN and hold all relevant insurances to be considered.
We are seeking all trades to carry out property maintenance in these areas:
• General cleaning
• Garden maintenance
• Gutter cleaning
• Rubbish removal
• Window cleaning
• General Handyperson services
• Electrical
• Carpentry / Building
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Tiling
• Roofing
• Flooring
• Asbestos removal and remediation
• Fencing
• Concreting
• Locksmith
• Landscaping
• Glazier
• General Labourer
• Gyprocking / Wall Linings
• HVAC
The successful applicant will have:
• Your own ABN
• Relevant insurances
• Contractors/Builders Licence
• Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
• Must have own tools
