
Senior Engineer – Electrical – Logan & Gold Coast Faster Rail Project

Based out of the Brisbane office, your first assignment will be the Logan & Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, a city shaping rail upgrade currently in detailed design and moving steadily toward construction. This project will expand the rail corridor from 2 to 4 tracks, upgrade stations, remove level crossings and future‑proof the network for ETCS Level 2 signalling.

About the role
In this Senior Engineer – Electrical role, you’ll support the delivery of electrical systems across LGCFR, helping ensure design outcomes are safe, compliant and aligned with project requirements
You’ll work closely with design disciplines, systems, construction and project teams, contributing to detailed design, coordination and delivery. From detailed design through to construction support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring electrical systems are well integrated, practical and ready for implementation.
Key responsibilities
Support electrical design across the project, from detailed design through to delivery.
Prepare and review design documentation, calculations and specifications.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
Contribute to resolving technical issues and supporting design improvements.
