As UGL continues to grow its Energy & Industrial portfolio, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Bid Coordinators who are passionate about supporting the delivery of complex, high‑quality tender and proposal submissions across the renewable energy sector.

The Opportunity

This is an EOI for Senior Bid Coordinator opportunities within UGL. You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering compliant, compelling and high-quality bids and EOIs, while supporting continuous improvement across bidding systems and content.

Working closely with bid managers, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders, you will help position UGL for success across major energy and infrastructure opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of EOIs, tenders and proposals
  • Draft, edit and manage bid content, including developing new responses and leveraging previous submissions
  • Ensure all tender conditions are met to deliver fully compliant submissions
  • Support the development of benchmark responses and best‑practice approaches to tender questions
  • Coordinate input from multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and cohesive submissions
  • Ensure production of high‑quality, complete and professional bid documentation
  • Manage and maintain the New Energy tender library
  • Support administration and ongoing management of the CRM system

About You

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Commerce, Administration, or industry‑related disciplines such as Engineering, Project Management or Property
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating bids or proposals, ideally within construction, utilities, renewables, rail or other safety‑critical environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong capability across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
