Harwell Home Care is a family-owned, DVA and Support@Home approved home care provider dedicated to supporting veterans to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. With a strong reputation for compassionate, high-quality care, we are excited to announce our upcoming expansion into Sydney.

As we prepare to launch services in Penrith and surrounds, we are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and experienced:

• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
• Personal Care Workers (PCWs)
• Domestic Assistants (DAs)

to join our founding Sydney team.

About the Roles

Registered Nurses (RNs)

- Clinical assessments and care planning

- Medication administration and treatments

- Wound care, chronic disease monitoring, post-hospital support

- Clinical oversight and coordination of care

Enrolled Nurses (ENs)

- Nursing care under RN supervision

- Medication administration (as endorsed)

- Clinical support to clients in the community

Personal Care Workers (PCWs)

- Personal care and activities of daily living

- Mobility support and companionship

- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes

Domestic Assistants (DAs)

- General household cleaning, laundry, and home support

- Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable home environment

- Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable.

What We’re Looking For

RNs & ENs

- Current AHPRA registration

- Relevant clinical experience preferred

Personal Care Workers

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Domestic Assistants

- Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or in-home care) is highly desirable.

All Roles

- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Work rights in Australia

- Compassionate, person-centred approach

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to travel locally across Parramatta and surrounding suburbs
