Green by Nature is growing in Redland Bay, and we're looking for motivated Mowing & Brushcutting Team Members to join our grounds maintenance crews. If you have experience operating commercial mowing equipment, ride-on mowers or brushcutters—or you're looking to build a long-term career in the industry—we'd love to hear from you.

Working across roadsides, parks, reserves, streetscapes and public open spaces, you'll play an important role in maintaining safe, tidy and well-presented environments that the local community enjoys every day.

🌱 What You'll Be Doing

• Operating commercial ride-on, zero-turn and out-front mowers.
• Brushcutting and edging around kerbs, signs, trees, fences, pathways and roadside infrastructure.
• Maintaining roadsides, parks, reserves, streetscapes and public open spaces to a high standard.
• Carrying out general grounds maintenance, including blowing, litter collection and vegetation management.
• Conducting daily pre-starts and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Working safely around traffic, pedestrians and other work crews while following all safety procedures.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality presentation across all allocated sites.

🌿 What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience in commercial mowing, brushcutting or grounds maintenance (highly regarded).
• Can confidently operate ride-on mowers and brushcutters.
• Take pride in maintaining roadsides, parks and public spaces.
• Are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.

Essential:

• Current Driver's Licence.
• White Card.

Highly Regarded:

• Experience operating commercial ride-on, zero-turn or out-front mowers.
• Traffic Management or Traffic Control tickets.
• Chemical accreditation (ACDC/ChemCert).

Successful applicants may also be required to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
