We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who bring strong legal and regulatory capability and are comfortable working within complex, highly regulated project environments. This is an opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project in Victoria, where legal and regulatory input will be critical to supporting project development, managing risk and ensuring compliance across multiple interfaces. We are interested in hearing from people who can provide clear, practical advice and operate confidently across evolving requirements and competing priorities.

We’re interested in people at different levels of experience, particularly those who can bring relevant experience from large and complex infrastructure or regulated environments. We’re not hiring for this role just yet, but we’re keen to connect with strong talent and will be in touch as opportunities come up.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in legal, regulatory or advisory roles within infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction, government or similarly regulated sectors
  • Experience working within regulatory frameworks, compliance environments or approvals-based projects
  • Strong understanding of legal risk, governance and regulatory obligations in project delivery environments
  • Experience providing advice on legal and regulatory matters to project teams and stakeholders
  • Exposure to contracts, regulatory approvals, policy interpretation or compliance requirements
  • Ability to interpret legislation, frameworks or complex requirements and translate them into practical guidance
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, regulators, partners and external advisors
  • Strong attention to detail, judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of clear, structured advice and documentation
