We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Health & Safety professionals who bring a practical, delivery-focused approach and are comfortable working in complex project environments. This is an opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project in Victoria, where strong safety leadership and well-established systems will be critical from the outset. We are interested in hearing from people who can work closely with project teams and contractors to support safe, compliant and well-executed outcomes across all phases of delivery.

We’re interested in people at different levels of experience, particularly those who can bring relevant experience from large and complex infrastructure or construction projects. We’re not hiring for this role just yet, but we’re keen to connect with strong talent and will be in touch as opportunities come up.

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in Health & Safety roles within infrastructure, construction, energy, utilities or similar environments
• Experience supporting major projects, including working across contractors and delivery teams
• Strong understanding of safety systems, risk management and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting risk identification, assessments, audits, inspections and incident management processes
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to support a strong and practical safety culture
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical guidance to project teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
