We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who know how to build trust, shape clear messaging and engage confidently in complex project environments. This is an opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project in Victoria, where communications and engagement will be central to how the project connects with communities, stakeholders, government and delivery partners. We are interested in hearing from people who can operate with credibility, sound judgement and a calm, practical approach in high-profile and fast-moving environments.

We’re interested in people at different levels of experience, particularly those who can bring relevant experience from large and complex infrastructure projects. We’re not hiring for this role just yet, but we’re keen to connect with strong talent and will be in touch as opportunities come up.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Community & Stakeholder Engagement, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, external affairs or related fields
  • Experience in major infrastructure, energy, utilities, transport, construction or other complex project environments
  • Strong writing capability, including experience preparing stakeholder-facing materials, executive briefings, project communications or community content
  • The ability to engage confidently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound judgement, resilience and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience navigating high-impact, sensitive or community-facing issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality quantitative analysis and materials for senior management.
