About the Opportunity

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover activities, ensuring project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently and in line with quality, schedule and cost requirements.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading onshore or offshore commissioning activities across project execution phases
• Managing multi-discipline commissioning teams across electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, piping, controls and process systems
• Developing commissioning execution plans, schedules and resource strategies
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring HSE objectives are achieved
• Managing completions systems, system handovers and punch-list closeout
• Coordinating offshore or onshore personnel, subcontractors and vendors to deliver commissioning scopes safely and effectively
• Working closely with engineering, construction and operational stakeholders throughout project delivery

About You

We're interested in hearing from professionals who bring:

• A tertiary Engineering qualification or relevant Trade background
• 12+ years of experience within the oil and gas industry, with significant commissioning expertise
• Demonstrated experience delivering offshore or onshore commissioning scopes on Australian energy projects
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven experience managing commissioning execution, start-up activities and completions systems
• A proactive safety mindset and commitment to operational excellence
