Job Description

- 5 years of experience in Telecom Order Management Domain/Concept Wave.

- Experience as EOC/ECM developer required, version 16.x & higher.

- Must have solid understanding on one/both of the systems: EOC (Ericsson Order Care) or/and ECM (Ericsson Catalog Management) v16.x and above.

- Must have experience working on Business Process, workflows, Interface calls, etc.

- Existing experience on delivering projects in EOC/ECM/ON/OM or part of an ADM team.

- Experience in configuration of products with respect to SID model in Catalog & publishing.

- Knowledge in Catalog driven orchestration framework.

- Experience in usage of Business rules, info models, MDRs, etc.

- Experience in EOC Exception handling, Workflow manager and other Error handlings.

- Experience with developing Business processes in EOC16.x & above.

- Experience in integration using web services (REST, SOAP, and MQ).

- Experience with XML/XSD/JSON & Java scripting.

- Experience with Oracle usage.

- Experience handling Production defects.

- A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

- Expected to gain understanding on the existing application and flow.
