The Supervisor for Environmental Services will provide supervision of department employees. The Supervisor plans, assigns and monitors associate work performance in order to achieve efficient and effective departmental operations. The Supervisor will demonstrate the Organizational Values and Behavior Standards as a role model for all associates with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Education : High School diploma or GED. Formalized training in cleaning and safety methodology, preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years' experience in environmental services/housekeeping. One to three years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Knowledge of proper and safe chemical use and handling. Healthcare experience preferred
