About the Role

What You Will Do
Analyze the risks and behaviors of people, looking for the ¨mindset¨ of good safety practice. Identify high-risk operations and seek implementation and process changes to ensure a safe working environment.
Minimize impacts to the environment through guided towards environmental protection and pollution prevention strategies.
Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding EH&S and to integrate it into business decisions.
Ensure compliance with EH&S legal requirements.
Investigation of accidents and incidentsin order todetermine the causes and motives that generate accidents and incidents to mitigate them through problem solving andYokoten(sharing knowledge)
Support, audits and monitors practice regarding the handling, storage andsipositionof materials and residues (hazardous and non-hazardous) with the purpose ofcomplywith environmental laws and regulations.
Lead of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System & ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Provides supportintraining events relatedwithEH&S programs.
Additional duties assigned by Sustainable Development.
Generate safety standards, implementing the system of safety standards and through detection of near misses, where the same employees know detect unsafe acts and conditions.
Authorize and monitor risk jobs performed by employees and stakeholders; compliance with safe work of internal and stakeholders, through the provision of training, revision papers, work permits, and audits.
Detection of unsafe acts and conditions (near misses), aiming to mitigate and control similar situations where an accident canoccurs
Participates and provides support relatedwithquality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
Support for plans, activities and inspections of the internal EH&S committee.
Provides information and training courses regarding disease and accident prevention as well as firstaids
Executesa daily, weekly and monthly safety reports.
Managementofchemicalsroom.
Support for assigning tasks of her team.
What You Need to Be Successful
Professional Degree
2-5yearsofrelatedexperience
Experience in the automotive industry preferably.
Knowledge of government obligations regarding industrial safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations
Knowledgeofwarehousesafetyoperations
Internal auditor in ISO 450001 & ISO 14001
Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949
English 70%
