Responsible for the supervision of operations related to Waste Management, the physical appearance, and Infection Prevention of the complete Environment of Care through cleaning, and disinfection. The Supervisor coordinates all routine and project assignments and activities for ES, maintains all schedules, training, evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Meets with Department Managers regularly. The incumbent(s) achieves cost, quality, and regulatory objectives while meeting FAHC'S strategic and operational objectives.
EDUCATION:
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years of supervisory experience. Two years in a Health Care environment.
