What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards
  • Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures, hazardous material management, employee right to know, and SilverCrest policies and procedures as it relates to environmental tasks
  • Ensure the practice of building codes, fire marshal regulations, OSHA, Health Dept inspections that may pertain to home care, federal, state, and local codes, life safety and pollution control regulations
  • Possess the skills needed for various maintenance roles, such as painting, plumbing, minor repairs, heating and air conditioning, electrical, housekeeping techniques, etc.
  • Effectively lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently and with utmost care
  • Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where the residents can thrive and feel safe in their home

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in building operations
  • Must have a Boiler’s License of the class required for that campus and pool license where necessary
  • Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
