Hospitality-Focused Custodian – Join Our Team at Marquette
Location: Marquette Senior Living
Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift Available- 7:30AM- 4:00PM (Every other weekend required)

At Marquette, we believe that creating a warm, welcoming environment starts with cleanliness and attention to detail. We’re currently seeking a hospitality-focused Custodian to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care services throughout the community, including carpet and hard floor maintenance (floor care experience required).
• Collect and dispose of large trash items in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in safe, working condition.
• Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including lifting and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to pass a background screening, physical, drug screening, and TB skin test upon hire.
