Clean all areas of the hospital
Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, offices, and stairways in a clean and sanitary manner
Assist with function set up, break downs, and clean up
Clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility
Ensure that soiled linens are processed in a manner which will avoid the transfer of microorganisms
Transport soiled linen to the laundry department
Sort all soiled linen appropriately
Wash all soiled linen as needed
Fold clean linen as needed
Store and deliver clean linen to all departments
Ensure laundering of designated staff, physician, and auxiliary uniforms
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 months of related experience preferred
