About the Role

The Environmental Services Assistant ensures buildings are clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained by replenishing supplies, monitoring sanitation standards, and supporting cleaning crews. This role also reports maintenance issues, maintains hygiene stations, and upholds high presentation standards across all facilities.

  

Job Responsibilities

  • Track restroom supplies, re-stock in various buildings as needed.

  • Coordinate with cleaning crews to ensure all spaces are properly stocked and that cleaning standards are consistently met.

  • Check trash inside buildings and offices daily; light cleaning when required, including sweeping, mopping, dusting.

  • Report all maintenance problems or situations to Tanglewood Facilities.

  • Maintain hand sanitizer dispensers.

  • Uphold high presentation standards across all facilities.

  • Any other duties as requested by Tanglewood Facilities Management.

Required Education and Experience

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Driver's license required.

  • Ability to work inside and outside, in all weather conditions (heat, rain etc.).

  • Able to lift large boxes of paper products and other boxes up to 50 lbs.

  • Regular hours are 9am-5pm, up to 5 days a week, including weekends. Some evening hours may be required.

Pay Rate Range: $19 – $21.50
