Eddy Village Green Cohoes has a leadership opportunity for an experienced Environmental Services Supervisor!

Eddy Village Green Cohoes campus is a unique model of skilled nursing care – very different from a traditional nursing home. Our 192-bed nursing home is designed in 16 houses, each with 12 private resident rooms and bathrooms, and homelike common areas including a living room, den, kitchen and dining area. All residents have access to beautiful outdoor spaces that they can enjoy independently.

On our campus is the Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center, an enhanced special needs assisted living program for residents with memory care needs.

This EVS Supervisor role is responsible to oversee the EVS team responsible for the campus, to ensure a clean, organized, homelike environment for our elders, coworkers, families, and visitors. This role is also responsible to work alongside the team as needed.

Requirements

Prior EVS experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Prior Supervisory/Leadership experience required.

Must have a high school diploma, strong customer service skilled (elders, families and coworkers), organizational skills, the ability to use a wide range of computer software programs, and the ability to work as a part of our overall leadership team for the campus.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Pay Range: $19.55 - $24.83

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
