The Department of Conservation and Recreation, Division of Water Supply Protection's Quabbin/Ware Region seeks applicants for the position of Environmental Services Specialist III to perform the following duties:
General Statement of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Incumbents keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition; maintain the appearance and cleanliness of floors; wash interior building surfaces such as walls, ceilings, windows, etc.; maintain grounds around buildings; empty waste receptacles; move furniture and perform related work as required.
The essential purpose of this work is to provide cleaning/maintenance services to ensure that assigned premises are appropriately cleaned and maintained.
General Statement of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Entrance Requirements:
Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in building custodial or institution housekeeping work, and (B) of which at least one year must have been in a supervisory capacity.
