- Assist with EVS duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations.
- Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the casino slot machines.
- Maintain cleanliness of slot chairs.
- Maintain the casino floor up to EVS department standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Attend mandatory meetings.
- Cross-training duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to understand English for directional purposes and customer service.
• Adjust to schedule changes as necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Ability to do heavy lifting up to 25 lbs. as required.
Preferred:
• One (1) year of experience in a Janitorial department
