We are seeking a dedicated Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Kennewick, WA, with approximately 150 employees, where we produce high‑precision titanium tube products for demanding markets such as Aerospace.

Your Role

As the EHS Manager, your focus will ensure the organization meets all applicable environmental regulations while driving safe and sustainable operational performance. You will serve as a primary resource for environmental compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that support our long‑term Environmental, Health and Safety strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, permits, and standards.

  • Support our document control systems for the Integrated Management System (CaneaOne) and oversee Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management platforms.
  • Conduct and lead audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, including internal audits and regulatory evaluations.
  • Lead incident investigations, performing root cause analyses and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Promote a safety‑minded culture, actively engaging employees in a union environment to reinforce safe behaviors and improve safety performance. Lead the Central Safety Committee to collaboratively address hazards, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and deliver safety and environmental training, including regulatory‑required topics such as LOTO and HazCom.
  • Ensure facility systems and operations (e.g., fire alarms, oxygen monitors, SPCC, stormwater controls, waste storage) are functional to ensure safety and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and report EHS performance metrics to leadership and present regular status updates.
  • Coordinate risk management activities, maintain the facility risk register, and support risk‑reduction initiatives.
  • Manage sustainability initiatives, driving continuous improvement in environmental performance.
  • Supervise the Workers’ Compensation program, coordinating with external vendors to manage cases and reduce injury‑related impacts.
  • Assist in managing onsite security to support overall facility safety and protection.
