This role is in theLab ProductDivision and will be performed at ourMiami, OKlocation.
How You Will Make an Impact:
The Manufacturing/Production Associate supports environmental production operations by performing routine tasks associated with capping, washing, drying, and packaging processes. This role ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs),maintainsaccuratedocumentation, and contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.
A Day inthe Life
Operate andmonitorequipment including cappers, washers, and dryersin accordance withestablished procedures
Perform basic equipment operationsand ensure proper functionality during production runs
Complete andmaintainrequired documentation and paperworkfor environmental processes and procedures
Execute packaging activities, including material handling and product preparation
Pull samples and manage archivesfor product sampling and quality tracking
Perform tasks as directed by supervisors and follow all assigned work instructions
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and Work Instruction Outlines (WOIs)
Recognize and respond appropriately to process events or deviations
Support operational KPIsbymaintainingproductivity, quality, and efficiency standards
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
No experience is required
Minimum 6 months of experiencein a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Willingness to learn new methodologies and processes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to read, understand, andretainSOPs and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Effective time management skillsand ability to meet production timelines
Ability to adapt to changing daily production needs
Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate and accept constructive feedback
