Melaksanakan pemantauan terhadap lingkungan produksi dan sarana penunjang yang berdampak pada mutu produk sesuai dengan rencana kerja, arahan dari Atasan, dan pedoman CPOB/ CPOTB, SOP/WI, K3L, HAS dan spesifikasi mutu yang ditetapkan Manajemen, serta peraturan lain yang relevan dan regulasi dari Pemerintah.
1. Menyusun rencana Balance Score Card (BSC) individu bersama Atasan, dan melakukan monitoring mandiri terhadap pencapaian/realisasinya.
2. Membuat jadwal harian pemantauan lingkungan produksi dan sarana penunjang.
3. Melakukan pemantauan kondisi sarana produksi dan sarana penunjang, melakukan pengambilan sampel, pengukuran, dan pembacaan hasil terhadap parameter yang telah ditetapkan dan melaporkan hasil pemantauan kepada Inspection Officer/Inspection Section head sebagai bahan evaluasi terhadap kinerja sarana produksi, serta melaporkan jika terjadi penyimpangan.
4. Memelihara dan mengamankan sarana dan alat kerja untuk mencegah kerusakan dan ketidakakuratan pada saat pengukuran.
5. Terlibat aktif dalam proses audit, identifikasi kebutuhan dokumen, identifikasi aspek bahaya, perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement), dan program lainnya yang terkait dengan pengembangan individu, section, atau organisasi.
