
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor I – Southeast Region (Jacksonville, FL)
Location Requirement: This position is based at TTX's railcar repair facility in Jacksonville, FL The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at the Jacksonville facility four (4) days per week and may work remotely one (1) day per week, subject to business needs.
Travel Requirement: Supports approximately 13 railcar repair and operational facilities throughout the Southeast Region Candidates should expect 30-50% travel, including overnight travel, for facility visits, inspections, investigations, training, and compliance activities. Mileage and business travel expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Carry out the day-to-day operations of EHS department and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management by providing technical support.

Due to inspections and product testing at customer facilities, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit (remain stationary) and climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to move about (walk and stand). The employee must occasionally lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds. Correctable vision is required for close, distance, or depth perception capabilities, and the ability to adjust focus (the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
