Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to join Maintenance Operations team in Maintenance Operations team in Airport Rail link Project.

This is your role. What part will you play?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, preferably within a manufacturing or railway company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety standards, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement EHS plans aligned with Siemens Mobility, Refurbishment Project including client requirements.
  • Coordinate EHS activities and ensure staff compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain, control, advise staff to follow safety rules and regulations and supervises for implementation.
  • Identify and analyze unsafe conditions/acts through daily safety walk, monthly safety inspection and advise, determine and follow up corrective preventive actions as required.
  • Identify and review hazard identification and risk assessment with working team.
  • Handles cases of EHS incidents, accidents or occupational disease including investigation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead all activities as per EHS activities plan including safety training.
  • Be Key instructor relating to safety training e.g 5S, General safety, Chemical Handling processes.
  • Meeting/Correspondence with the client and government in terms of safety and occupational health.
  • Reporting safety system performance to Management and submitting safety documents to government according to safety regulatory requirements.
  • Review Siemens and customer safety related documents and feedback if required.
  • Set and arrange environmental monitoring and measurement in workplace.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline, along with certification as a professional-level Safety.
  • Professional relevant experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments.
  • Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, root cause analysis, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to assess risks and implement effective safety solutions.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as required during the construction phase.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to manage documentation and collaborate in a multicultural setting.
