Salary- $125k
We are seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to lead the environmental, health, and safety program for our manufacturing site. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who can build relationships, influence change, and drive proactive safety initiatives within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the development, deployment, and improvement of site EHS programs and management systems.
• Partner with Operations to promote safe behaviors, conduct safety audits, and implement engineering controls to prevent injuries.
• Identify and mitigate risks; stop unsafe work and escalate concerns as needed.
• Manage workers’ compensation, case management, and return to work programs.
• Conduct EHS training for new hires and existing employees in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Maintain EHS procedures, OSHA logbooks, compliance calendars, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee EHS related capital projects and support safe startup of new equipment and processes.
• Interface with outside agencies, consultants, and third party service providers as required.
• Lead safety teams, influence cross functional groups, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; OHST certification preferred.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership of other EHS professionals.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance programs, incident investigations, hazard assessments, and contractor safety.
• Experience managing workers’ compensation and case management.
• Exposure to Lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide 24/7 on call support for emergencies.
