We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Foreman to lead our environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee field operations, ensure adherence to environmental regulations, and promote sustainable practices across projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate environmental field activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Monitor and inspect project sites for environmental hazards, pollution control, and safety standards.

- Implement and enforce environmental policies and procedures on-site.

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate environmental compliance.

- Conduct environmental assessments and prepare reports on findings and corrective actions.

- Train and mentor team members on environmental best practices and safety protocols.

- Maintain accurate documentation of environmental activities, inspections, and incident reports.

- Assist in the development and implementation of environmental management plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in environmental supervision, field operations, or related roles.

- Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to interpret environmental data and prepare detailed reports.

- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, HAZWOPER, or environmental management certifications are preferred.

- Physical ability to perform site inspections and fieldwork in various weather conditions.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or related field is preferred.
