Environmental Field Team Lead Manager

Purpose of the role
Play an integral role in delivering one of the most complex pipeline construction programs in North America.Worley is seeking an experienced Environmental Field Team Manager to provide senior, on‑site environmental leadership supporting construction for an approximately 800‑mile, FERC‑regulated natural gas pipeline executed across four concurrent construction spreads over a multi‑year period.
The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, defensible, and audit‑ready implementation of all applicable FERC Certificate conditions, federal and state permits, and project‑specific environmental plans throughout construction. This position serves as the primary on‑site environmental interface between Worley, EPCm construction teams, the Owner, and regulatory agencies, helping to integrate environmental controls into daily field execution and reduce project risk.
This is full-time project, specific position (4-year Duration), based in Anchorage, Alaska with frequent travel to active construction spreads and remote field camps.
