Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization

  • Communicate safety programs to ensure shared understanding

  • Train, coach, and guide teams on safety best practices

  • Monitor compliance and resolve nonconformance issues

  • Support leadership in accident prevention and risk mitigation

  • Conduct risk assessments across facilities, tools, and workflows

  • Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions

  • Maintain and enhance systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations in manufacturing environments

  • Experience developing and managing safety systems

  • Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
