Join our Grid Automation business in Denmark and play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, sustainable, and high‑quality working environment As our HSE & Quality Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to operations and leadership, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence across projects and sites.

How you'll make an impact
Act as a coach, advisor, and change agent for HSE and Quality, supporting the organization in daily operations
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and management system requirements
Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, translating findings into effective corrective and preventive actions
Drive and support HSE & Quality programs, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives
Integrate ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) principles into operational processes and decision-making
Develop and deliver engaging training, awareness campaigns, and emergency preparedness activities that strengthen safety culture and operational resilience
Monitor key HSE & Quality KPIs, prepare insightful reports, and use data to improve transparency and performance.
What You Bring
Relevant degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE (and/or Quality) roles within industrial, construction, projects or energy environments
Solid knowledge of Danish H&S legislation ( Arbejdsmiljøloven), with AMK P & B certification, and familiarity with international standards
Practical experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, audits, or continuous improvement activities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors, deliver training, and engage diverse stakeholders
Fluency in Danish and English, with willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
