Support department and plant environmental regulatory compliance (CAA – Clean Air Act, CWA – Clean Water Act, RCRA – Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, EPCRA – Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, SWPPP – Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, SPCC – Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan) and sustainability performance (energy/water/waste resource reduction and efficiency) programs through data analysis, program development and execution, facilitation and promotion, in alignment with regulatory requirements, plant business plan, and company direction to ensure environmental compliance and to achieve environmental targets.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or science-related degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum Experience 0-4 years of environmental experience

• Ability to manage and lead projects
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

• Reliable and flexible.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors and production associates.
• General knowledge of environmental compliance requirements
• Some understanding of business plan, budgeting and cost reporting
• Ability to support root cause analysis and implement countermeasures
▪ Ability to work overtime (~0-4 hrs/week)
▪ Ability to work in an office and plant environment.
▪ Willingness to work appropriate weekends/shutdowns to manage projects and cover environmental needs.
▪ Minimal travel requirements (possible 1 trip/year)
