Deine Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Berechnungsmodellen, Statik-, Festigkeit- und/oder F&DT Nachweisen, Reports und Studien für Flugzeugstrukturen für alle Airbus Programme (A350XWB, A320 Familie und zukünftig Flugzeug Programme);
• Erstellung der Definition von Methoden und Spezifikationen;
• Prüfung und Archivierung der extern und intern erstellten Analysen und Dokumentationen;
• Prüfung von relevanten inputs von Design für die Erstellung von Bauunterlagen für die Fertigung, und Unterstützung anderen Funktionen (Fertigung, Kunden) wenn nötig;
• Fachliche Betreuung von Unterauftragnehmern;
• Sicheres Anwenden von Lufttüchtigkeits Vorschriften, relevanten Konstruktionsprinzipien, Prozessen, Methoden und Richtlinien zur Herstellungsfähigkeit für einen sicheren Betrieb des Produkts in Bezug auf strukturelle Integrität und betriebliche Wirksamkeit;
• Strukturtests für die Zertifizierung definieren, interpretieren und validieren;
• Mitwirken bei der Erstellen der Projektplanung/-steuerung (Termine/Lead Times) und der projektbegleitenden Dokumentation (Projekt-Reporting/KPIs) für Teilprojekte;
• Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktions- und Projekte Kollegen;

Deine Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation;
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Flugzeugstrukturen aus Metall und Composite;
• Kenntnisse in numerischen Berechnungen (Finite-Elemente-Modellierung mit Altair Hyperworks und Nastran oder ähnlichem);
• Beherrschung analytischer Berechnungsmethoden (ISAMI, HSB, Niu, Bruhn);
• Solide Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B.: Python) und Datenanalyse;
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement;
• Englisch verhandlungssicher;
• Fähigkeit, autonom zu arbeiten;
• Offene und neugierige Denkweise sowie eine praktische und agile Vorgehensweise;
• Offenheit für neue Arbeitsweisen und proaktive Suche nach kontinuierlicher Selbstentwicklung;
• Wachstumsdenken und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Your job:

• Creation of analysis models, static and/or F&DT calculations, reports and studies for aircraft structures for all Airbus programs (A350XWB, A320 Family, and next generation Aircraft Programs);
• Prepare the definition of analysis methods and specifications;
• Check and approve of internally and externally created analysis data and documentation;
• Check relevant input to design for the creation of drawings for manufacturing and support other functions (i.e.: production, customer support) as needed;
• Technical guidance of the sub-contracting companies providing structure analysis work;
• Apply airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines for safe operation of the Product with respect to structural integrity and operational effectiveness;
• Define, interpret and validate structural tests for certification;
• Creation and monitoring of project plans, project performance and reporting;
• Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders (design, project, manufacturing);

Your qualification:

• University degree in the engineering / aerospace field or similar qualification acquired in another way;
• Experience in the development of aircraft structures (metal & composite);
• Knowledge in numerical calculations (Finite Element Modelling using Altair Hyperworks and Nastran or similar);
• Proficient in analytical calculation methods (ISAMI, HSB, Niu, Bruhn);
• English fluent in written and spoken form;
• Solid knowledge in programming languages (e.g.: Python) and data analytics;
• Knowledge in project management;
• Able to work autonomously;
• Open and curious mindset as well as a practical and agile approach;
• Open-minded for new ways of working and proactively searching for continuous self-development;
• Growth mindset and ready to take responsibilities.
