Job Description

Für die Entwicklung zukünftiger Instrumente unseres V93000 Testsystems suchen wir einen engagierten Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich der mechanischen Konstruktion.

  • Entwicklung innovativer mechanischer Konzepte zur Erfüllung der Systemanforderungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konstruktion komplexer mechanischer und mechatronischer Komponenten und Baugruppen in enger Abstimmung mit den Elektronikentwicklern
  • Selbstständiger Aufbau und Modifikation von Prototypen zur Validierung von Konzepten und Designs
  • Verantwortung für Definition, Planung und Durchführung von Tests und Analysen zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Serienüberführung von Entwicklungsprojekten in die Produktion
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Produktionsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigungspartnern für mechanische Bauteile sowie mit Auftragsfertigern für unsere Testinstrumente

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer mechatronischer Baugruppen, idealerweise im Bereich Hochfrequenztechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Tools, bevorzugt PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Fertigungstechnik und fertigungsgerechter Konstruktion, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung im Prototypenbau
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Umsetzung und Anpassung von Prototypen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
