Porsche of Silver Spring, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring an Entry Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant to join our award-winning service team. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the luxury automotive industry.

As an Entry Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant, you will support the service department by assisting customers, coordinating vehicle service appointments, communicating repair updates, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a luxury automotive customer experience through professional communication and personalized service
• Coordinate service appointments, vehicle check-ins, repair orders, and customer updates with accuracy and efficiency
• Support service advisors and technicians by communicating vehicle concerns, warranty needs, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate customer and service records using dealership management software
• Promote premium maintenance services, OEM parts, and accessories while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dealership environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
• Clean driving record
