Service Advisor | Customer Service & Sales

Location: Barrington, IL

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: $18/hour during the contract period

Opportunity: Commission eligibility after converting to a full time employee

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will help customers understand their lawn, tree, plant health, and pest care needs while recommending services that make sense for them.

Your day will include:

• Speaking with customers by phone, email, and text
• Responding to inbound customer inquiries and web leads
• Asking questions to understand each customer's needs
• Educating customers on available services and treatment options
• Recommending the right service package based on the customer's situation
• Selling services and closing opportunities
• Following up with customers when additional conversations are needed
• Accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM
• Working closely with a small, supportive team
• Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development

No Industry Experience? No Problem.

Full training is provided.

You will receive hands on, in person training designed to teach you the services, products, customer experience, and sales process. The goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to independently support customers and make recommendations.

We are looking for potential, not someone who already knows everything about the industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
