How the pay works

  Realistic first year: $40,000–$60,000. Top setters: $80,000–$120,000+

  Weekly pay

  Talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more

  Set qualified appointments for our closing team

  Learn a proven pitch and sales process from day one

  Hit daily and weekly activity goals
