Compensation:
Base Salary + Bonus: $55K - $60K per annum
On Target Earnings (OTE): $60K - $100K
Career Advancement:
Trainee Sales Agent / Sales Agent: $55K - $60K + Bonus
Sales Trainer: $60K - $70K + Bonus
Team Leader: $90K - $100K + Bonus
Campaign Manager: $180K - $300K + Bonus
