£26,100 basic | £35–40k OTE Year 1 | £70–100k+ OTE Year 2

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
  • Generate new business using insight, negotiation, and market expertise
  • Partner with senior leaders to solve critical hiring challenges
  • Research niche markets and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage the full lifecycle: from project brief to solution delivery
