Role Purpose

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment experience for both Entry‑Level and Experienced Hire candidates in the UK. This role ensures operational excellence across candidate management, interview coordination, and onboarding while acting as a professional ambassador for Oliver Wyman. By enabling smooth, timely, and accurate recruiting processes, the role directly supports the firm’s ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen applications forEntry‑Level and Internshippositions, ensuring alignment with role requirements

  • Coordinateassessment centers and interviews, including scheduling across multiple rounds, liaising with interviewers and Executive Assistants managing Partner diaries, and arranging candidate travel and expenses

  • Support thecollection, coordination, and tracking of interview feedbackto enable timely hiring decisions

  • Maintain and updaterecruiting systems and databases (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and compliance for firm‑wide use

  • Support and participate inrecruitment events, including managing logistics, traveling to campuses, and representing Oliver Wyman at career fairs and recruiting events

  • Prepare and issuecontracts and offer lettersin line with firm processes

  • Coordinateonboarding and background checksfor new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm

  • Act as a key point of contact forHuman Capital Operations and Global Mobility, supporting cross‑team coordination

  • Manage candidate communications and theUK Recruiting inbox, delivering a professional, responsive candidate experience and acting as an Oliver Wyman ambassador

Required Skills & Experience

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a recruitment function, ideally with entry-level or campus recruitment.

  • Proficient in relevant IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

  • Proactive team player with a strong appetite for learning and growth.

  • Ability to manage high work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

  • Commitment to company culture and values.

  • Experience with recruitment IT systems such as Workday.

  • Exposure to global mobility or HR operations.
