Part-time Entry-level Recruiter (100% Commission - Contract 1099) Job Description

We are looking for a part-time entry-level recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for helping people find jobs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and developing a network of contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Build relationships with clients and develop a network of contacts
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates
• Close deals and ensure that candidates are successfully placed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Former military recruiters and military spouses are highly encouraged to apply!
