
**Job Summary:**
Brightway Insurance is looking for an energetic **Insurance Sales Agent** to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This role focuses on selling personal lines insurance policies, including home and auto insurance. We provide training for individuals new to the industry and offer a competitive compensation package comprising a base salary plus commission structure.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sell new personal lines insurance policies such as home and auto insurance.
- Manage inbound leads and engage with potential clients.
- Cultivate referral partnerships to drive business growth.
- Maintain a steady sales pipeline and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Educate customers on available coverage options and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in multitasking and organizational skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining product offerings.
**Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Background in insurance or possession of an active insurance license.
**Compensation:**
- Base Salary: $40,000
- Commission: 35% on new business
- Expected Earnings: $60,000-$90,000 or more
