The Entry Level Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all stages of the production process, from preparation and setup to final execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
• Support the production team with daily logistical tasks and coordination.
• Manage and organize production materials and supplies to ensure availability.
• Help with scheduling and communicating with cast, crew, and vendors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on set and in production areas.
• Run errands and provide transportation support as needed for production activities.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
• Basic technical knowledge of production equipment and tools preferred.
