This is your opportunity to become a fully certified Product Supporter with Volkswagen Group Australia — supporting our national dealer network, expanding your diagnostic expertise, and working across Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, Cupra and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

As a Entry-Level Product Support, you will:

  • Provide front-line Level 1 technical support to our dealer network (diagnostics, repairs, processes).
  • Use systems like DISS, ODIS, and ELSA to resolve technical queries.
  • Conduct hands-on diagnostics in our Technical Service Centre and support dealers remotely via TeamViewer.
  • Identify emerging technical trends in the market and escalate issues to the manufacturer.
  • Create and adapt Technical Product Information (TPIs) for the Australian market.
  • Support warranty enquiries, workshop processes, special tools, and technical standards.
  • Assist with press and sales vehicle launch preparation.
  • Ensure exceptional customer outcomes through effective case resolution.
  • Travel interstate and internationally as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A trained Volkswagen Group technician (Volkswagen, Audi, Cupra or Škoda).
  • Minimum diagnostic level; Master Technician highly regarded.
  • A confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced with VW systems such as ODIS, ELSA, and DISS.
